This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside corresponding questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” responses within diagnosis and treatment scenarios.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer based solely on the facts provided in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind readings, followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance AI tools through clinical assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician.

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed with the relevant medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare backgrounds.

• All tasks must be submitted by specified deadlines and adhere to established acceptance criteria.
