Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Verify that answers are derived solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and provide concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Test, assess, and enhance AI systems for leading technology firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Achieve board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Have extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment background in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Possess strong written English proficiency (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare roles.

• CV must be submitted in English with a clear indication of English proficiency.

• Tasks must be submitted by the specified deadlines and meet the provided acceptance criteria.
