Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and annotate AI-generated health content for accuracy and safety in a medical context.

• Assess responses to clinical inquiries and label outputs according to established quality standards.

• Develop intricate, realistic tasks that challenge AI agents with clinical reasoning and diagnostic scenarios.

• Create comprehensive task versions featuring objective scoring metrics.

• Write ambiguous task versions aimed at training AI agents with minimal guidance.

• Participate in health-oriented AI training initiatives for prominent technology firms.

• Complete and submit project assignments during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a practicing physician based in the US (MD/DO); licensed clinical professionals in related fields may also be eligible.

• Possess a degree in Medicine, or a related discipline with clinical training that includes the diagnosis and management of medical conditions.

• Hold a current and valid US medical license.

• Engage in active clinical practice.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in written English (C1+ level).

• Specialists and senior practitioners are encouraged to apply.

• CV must be provided in English, clearly indicating English proficiency.

• All tasks must adhere to the specified acceptance criteria and be submitted within deadlines.
