Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and annotate health content generated by AI.

• Review answers to clinical queries, assessing both medical accuracy and safety.

• Label AI outputs based on established quality criteria.

• Develop intricate, realistic tasks for advanced AI agents utilizing fragmented patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Construct detailed task versions with objective scoring systems.

• Draft ambiguous task versions aimed at training AI agents with minimal guidance.

• Contribute to AI training initiatives focused on health for prominent technology firms.

• Potential involvement in related clinical role projects for licensed professionals such as nurses, psychologists, and dietitians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a practicing physician or other licensed medical professional based in the US.

• Hold a degree in Medicine or a relevant field that includes clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Possess a current, valid US medical license.

• Active in clinical practice.

• Have 3 or more years of hands-on clinical experience.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Board certification is advantageous.

• Resume must be submitted in English, indicating the level of English proficiency.

• Tasks need to be completed by set deadlines and must meet specified acceptance criteria.
