Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Annotate and assess health-related content generated by AI.

• Evaluate responses to clinical inquiries.

• Determine the medical accuracy and safety of the content.

• Label AI outputs based on established quality standards.

• Design complex, realistic scenarios that evaluate cutting-edge AI agents.

• Create tasks that involve dispersed patient information, conditional clinical practices, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Develop comprehensive task versions with objective scoring metrics.

• Write ambiguous versions aimed at training AI agents with minimal direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Submit a CV in English and specify your level of English proficiency.

• Must be a medical professional based in the US.

• Hold a degree in Medicine or a related field (such as nursing, psychology, dietetics, etc.) with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Possess a current, valid US license to practice medicine.

• Must be actively engaged in clinical practice.

• Have at least 3 years of practical clinical experience.

• Demonstrate strong written English skills (C1+ level).

• Board certification is an advantage.

• Specialists and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.

• Tasks must be submitted by the specified deadline and adhere to the outlined acceptance criteria.
