Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Annotate and assess AI-generated health-related content.

• Review answers to clinical inquiries.

• Evaluate medical accuracy and safety.

• Label AI outputs based on established quality standards.

• Create complex, realistic scenarios that challenge advanced AI models.

• Design tasks that incorporate fragmented patient data, conditional clinical processes, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Develop comprehensive task versions with objective evaluation metrics.

• Write ambiguous versions intended to train AI agents to operate with less supervision.

• Contribute to AI training initiatives focused on healthcare for prominent technology firms.

• Engage in project-related tasks while projects are ongoing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Submit a CV in English.

• Specify level of English proficiency.

• Must be a US-based practicing physician or another licensed clinical professional.

• Hold a degree in Medicine, or a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, along with clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Possess a current, valid US license to practice.

• Maintain active clinical practice.

• Have at least 3 years of practical clinical experience.

• Exhibit strong written English skills (C1+).

• Specialists and senior practitioners are encouraged to apply.

• Tasks must be submitted by the specified deadline and fulfill the acceptance criteria outlined.
