Licensed Physician – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnostic and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, answer leakage, and quality of traps.

• Ensure that reasoning chains arrive at answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and create concise rationales.

• Navigate through three independent blind reads, followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete project-related tasks estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases.

• Submit tasks by designated deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with either an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Possess board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills in differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Submission of CV in English is required, along with indication of English proficiency.

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Availability for approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

• Capability to meet task deadlines and acceptance criteria.
