Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR scenarios alongside questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” options within diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance AI tools through clinical assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent involvement in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in evaluating medical AI, reviewing clinical content or exam questions, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• CV must be submitted in English, clearly indicating English proficiency level.

• Tasks must be completed by deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.
