This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and annotate health content generated by AI.
• Assess medical accuracy and safety of responses to clinical inquiries.
• Label AI outputs based on established quality criteria.
• Design intricate, realistic tasks that challenge advanced AI agents.
• Develop tasks that involve fragmented patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Create comprehensive task versions with objective scoring metrics.
• Write ambiguous task versions aimed at training AI agents with minimal guidance.
• Engage in AI training projects focused on health for top technology firms.
• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours weekly during active project phases.
• Must be a US-based practicing physician or a licensed clinical professional in a related field.
• Possess a degree in Medicine, or a related discipline such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions.
• Hold a current and valid US medical license; this could be a physician's license or a relevant state license for adjacent roles such as RN, licensed psychologist, or RDN.
• Maintain an active clinical practice.
• Have at least 3 years of practical clinical experience.
• Demonstrate strong written English skills (C1+ level).
• Specialists and senior practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• CV must be submitted in English.
• Tasks must be completed by deadlines and fulfill the specified acceptance criteria.
• Compensation is provided per accepted task.
• Pay rate is contingent upon the qualification tier achieved and task completion efficiency, potentially reaching up to the equivalent of $240/hr.
• Opportunities for part-time, project-based involvement.
• Availability of non-permanent project roles.
