Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR scenarios accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, whether the vignette reveals the answer, and the quality of traps.

• Confirm that reasoning chains derive answers solely from facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose brief rationales.

• Collaborate through three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete project tasks within deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the relevant medical board.

• Have board certification or completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Strong proficiency in written English (C1+).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating the level of English proficiency.
