Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers in relation to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from vignette facts.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project responsibilities within the established timeline and specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician holding a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possession of an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Residing outside of the US.

• Board certified or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• CV must be submitted in English with indicated English proficiency level.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
