Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Annotate and assess AI-generated health content.

• Review responses to clinical inquiries and evaluate their medical accuracy and safety.

• Label AI outputs based on established quality criteria.

• Create intricate and realistic tasks to test advanced AI agents.

• Develop scenarios that involve dispersed patient data, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Construct detailed task versions with objective scoring criteria.

• Compose ambiguous task versions to train AI agents with minimal guidance.

• Contribute to AI training projects focused on health for prominent technology firms.

• Engage in project-based tasks during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a practicing physician (MD/DO) or a licensed medical professional based in the US.

• Possess a degree in Medicine, or a related field that includes clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Hold a current and valid US license to practice medicine.

• Maintain active clinical practice.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of practical clinical experience.

• Exhibit strong written English skills (C1+ level).

• Specialists and senior practitioners are encouraged to apply.

• CV must be submitted in English with an indication of English proficiency level.

• Tasks should be submitted by deadlines and comply with specified acceptance criteria.
