Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains arrive at answers based solely on facts from the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and provide brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill qualification(s), participate in a project, complete assigned tasks, and submit them within the project's timeline and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO medical degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-validated monthly.

• Reside outside of the United States.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• Submit a CV in English, indicating your English proficiency level.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
