Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes, which are accompanied by questions, proposed answers, and distractor answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as whether the vignette reveals the answer and the quality of distractors.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations, followed by a review process with physicians.

• Fulfill approved project assignments within designated timelines and according to acceptance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician residing outside of the US.

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Must have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment knowledge in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and familiarity with evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam question assessment, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare roles.
