This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with related questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers pertaining to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Examine cases that cover cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer solely based on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning pathways and draft brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind readings followed by physician adjudication.

• Submit tasks by specified deadlines and adhere to outlined acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Be board certified or have completed residency training.

• Have recent direct patient care experience; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Exhibit broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment proficiency in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Possess strong written English skills (C1+).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Must not be a medical student, unlicensed medical graduate, non-physician clinician, or non-clinical healthcare professional.
