Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assess and annotate AI-generated health content to ensure medical accuracy and safety.

• Evaluate responses to clinical inquiries and categorize outputs based on established quality standards.

• Develop intricate and realistic clinical tasks for AI systems.

• Construct detailed versions with objective scoring metrics.

• Write ambiguous scenarios that help train AI agents to operate with minimal guidance.

• Participate in health-oriented AI training initiatives for prominent technology firms.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a practicing physician based in the US or hold a comparable clinical license.

• Possess a degree in Medicine or a related field that includes clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Hold a current and valid US license to practice (medical license for physicians; relevant state license for related roles).

• Engage in active clinical practice.

• Have over 3 years of direct clinical experience.

• Exhibit strong written English proficiency (C1+ level).

• Submit CV in English.

• Board certification is advantageous.

• Ensure tasks are completed by deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.
