Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and misleading "trap" answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, neurological, hematological, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Determine if the reasoning leads to the answer based solely on facts from the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and provide concise rationales.

• Collaborate through three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Finish tasks by established deadlines and meet specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Possess a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Hold an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
