Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate cases across cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Revise reasoning traces and create concise rationales.

• Collaborate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project qualification, engage with the project, complete assigned tasks, and submit them within the established project timeline and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO medical degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-validated monthly.

• Reside outside the United States.

• Hold board certification or have completed residency training; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is essential.

• Comprehensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Demonstrated strong clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Curriculum vitae (CV) must be submitted in English.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare titles.
