This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes that include questions, proposed answers, and distractor “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess cases covering various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Score the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of the vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Verify if the reasoning leads to the answer based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Conduct three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO degree.

• Hold an active, unrestricted medical license in the US, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is necessary; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Possess extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills are essential, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Excellent written English proficiency (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or those with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• All tasks must be submitted by deadlines and adhere to specified acceptance criteria.
