Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes in conjunction with questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of distractor traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Engage in a project-based medical AI evaluation opportunity with leading technology firms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, validated at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.
