Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractors related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate cases across various systems including cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary.

• Assess the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Ensure that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning paths and formulate concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Execute project-related tasks within established timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an actively practicing physician holding an MD or DO degree.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified at the time of onboarding and re-checked monthly.

• Residency outside the US is required.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Comprehensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Curriculum Vitae must be submitted in English.

• Indicate English proficiency level in the application.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
