Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes alongside related questions, proposed answers, and misleading trap answers within diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning pathways and compose concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews, followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project qualifications, engage with the project, complete tasks within specified timelines, and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently practicing physician residing outside of the US.

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed at onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training, with recent hands-on patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Not applicable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating the level of English proficiency.
