Licensed Physician – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes coupled with questions, proposed answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Assess cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Score the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Verify whether reasoning chains arrive at answers based solely on vignette facts.

• Correct reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Contribute to the testing, evaluation, and enhancement of medical AI systems for leading technology companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician with an MD or DO.

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, verified by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent direct patient care experience is necessary; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine is essential.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare titles.

• All tasks must be submitted by the deadline and must meet the specified acceptance criteria.
