This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Evaluate and annotate AI-generated health-related content.
• Review responses to clinical inquiries and evaluate their medical accuracy and safety.
• Label AI outputs according to established quality criteria.
• Create intricate, realistic tasks that challenge cutting-edge AI agents.
• Develop tasks that incorporate dispersed patient data, conditional clinical protocols, and diagnostic reasoning.
• Construct detailed task variations with objective scoring methods.
• Write ambiguous task variations intended to train AI agents with minimal guidance.
• Contribute to health-oriented AI training initiatives for prominent technology firms through Mindrift.
• Engage in project-based responsibilities during active project phases.
• Must be a US-based practicing physician (MD/DO) or another licensed clinical professional.
• Possess a degree in Medicine or a related field such as nursing, psychology, or dietetics, with clinical training that includes diagnosing and managing medical conditions.
• Hold a current, valid US license to practice; medical license for physicians or appropriate state license for related roles.
• Active participation in clinical practice.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical clinical experience.
• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).
• Specialists and seasoned practitioners are encouraged to apply.
• CV must be submitted in English, including indicated English proficiency level.
• Ability to complete tasks within deadlines and meet specified acceptance criteria.
• Compensation is provided per accepted task.
• Competitive rate of up to the equivalent of $240/hr, based on qualification tier and task performance.
• Project-based, flexible part-time workload estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
