📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that are accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, determine if the vignette reveals the answer, and assess the quality of traps.

• Verify whether reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks within defined timelines and acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) required.

• Active and unrestricted US medical license, verified at onboarding and re-validated monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is necessary.

• Recent experience in direct patient care is essential.

• Attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.
