Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases that cover the cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if vignettes provide answers based on their presented facts.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts within the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete tasks by specified deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated with the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent hands-on patient care experience; attending-level is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• CV must be submitted in English.

• Indicate English proficiency level.

• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Candidates must not be medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare professionals.
