Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess and annotate AI-generated health content for medical precision and safety.

• Evaluate responses to clinical inquiries and classify outputs according to quality standards.

• Develop intricate and realistic tasks that incorporate patient data, conditional clinical protocols, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Construct comprehensive versions of tasks featuring objective scoring systems.

• Create ambiguous task versions intended to train AI agents with minimal guidance.

• Participate in health-oriented AI training initiatives during active project phases.

• Dedicate approximately 10–20 hours weekly when projects are underway.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based practicing physician or another licensed clinical professional.

• Possess a degree in Medicine or a related field with clinical training that encompasses diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Hold a current and valid US license to practice medicine.

• Maintain an active clinical practice.

• Have at least 3 years of practical clinical experience.

• Demonstrate strong written English skills (C1+ level).

• Provide a CV in English and specify your level of English proficiency.

• Ensure that tasks are submitted by the deadlines and adhere to established acceptance criteria.

• Board certification is advantageous.
