Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with related questions, suggested answers, and misleading distractor answers within diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Analyze cases covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, as well as the quality of distractors.

• Determine if reasoning can derive the answer solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Provide corrected reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Fulfill project tasks for leading technology companies as part of Mindrift’s medical AI evaluation program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent hands-on patient care experience is essential; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, management of next steps, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or non-clinical healthcare roles.

• Tasks must be completed by specified deadlines and adhere to the established acceptance criteria.
