This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes that are accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and distractor options related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of distractors.

• Verify if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Correct reasoning paths and provide concise rationales.

• Operate within three independent blind reviews followed by a physician adjudication process.

• Fulfill qualification, project, and task workflows within designated project timelines.

• Submit tasks that comply with specified acceptance criteria for approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Valid, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning abilities, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.
