Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and annotate health content generated by AI.

• Assess responses to medical inquiries for clinical accuracy and safety.

• Label AI-generated outputs according to established quality standards.

• Design intricate, realistic tasks to evaluate advanced AI agents.

• Create tasks that involve fragmented patient information, conditional clinical procedures, and diagnostic reasoning.

• Develop comprehensive task iterations with objective scoring metrics.

• Write ambiguous task versions aimed at training AI agents to perform with minimal guidance.

• Contribute to AI training initiatives focused on health for top technology firms via Mindrift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a practicing physician or a licensed medical professional based in the US.

• Possess a degree in Medicine or a related field that includes clinical training in diagnosing and managing medical conditions.

• Hold a current and valid US medical license.

• Engage in active clinical practice.

• Have over 3 years of practical clinical experience.

• Exhibit strong written English skills (C1+ level).

• Curriculum Vitae must be provided in English.
