Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested answers, and distractor “trap” answers throughout diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes that involve the cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the disclosure of answers, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of trap answers.

• Confirm that reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes.

• Adjust reasoning traces and compose concise rationales.

• Participate in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication.

• Complete tasks within deadlines and adhere to specified acceptance criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, validated by the issuing medical board.

• Have board certification or have completed residency training.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and the application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in evaluating medical AI, reviewing clinical content or exam questions, or performing medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient in written English (C1+ level).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.
