Licensed Physician, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes accompanied by questions, suggested answers, and misleading trap answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Verify that reasoning pathways lead to answers based solely on the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Operate within three separate blind reviews followed by physician adjudication.

• Execute project-based AI evaluation assignments for Mindrift, which connects specialists with AI opportunities for leading tech firms.

• Submit tasks within project deadlines and adhere to acceptance criteria for approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively practicing physician residing outside the United States.

• Medical degree (MD or DO).

• Valid, unrestricted US medical license, verified during onboarding and rechecked monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training.

• Recent experience in direct patient care; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, exam question review, or medical annotation/QA is an advantage.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+).

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare roles.

• CV must be submitted in English, indicating English proficiency level.
