This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical EHR vignettes alongside questions, suggested answers, and misleading “trap” answers related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate vignettes covering cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.

• Assess the quality of clinical reasoning, accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness and gradeability of answers, and quality of trap answers.

• Determine if reasoning leads to the answer solely based on facts presented in the vignette.

• Correct reasoning paths and compose concise rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind evaluations followed by physician adjudication.

• Enhance AI tools utilized in clinical practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US-based, actively practicing physician (MD/DO).

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO).

• Possess an active, unrestricted US medical license, confirmed by the issuing medical board.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Recent direct patient care experience; attending-level preferred.

• Extensive, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Prior experience in evaluating medical AI, reviewing clinical content or exam questions, or performing medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• Proficient written English (C1+ level).

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals holding non-clinical healthcare titles.

• Tasks must be completed by specified deadlines and must meet the outlined acceptance criteria.
