Licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional teletherapy utilizing engaging and functional interventions.

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop ongoing treatment plans.

• Work in partnership with caregivers to ensure carryover and track progress.

• Participate in team meetings, mentorship discussions, and training sessions.

• Ensure all documentation is submitted within 24 hours—without exceptions.

• Maintain agreed-upon clinical productivity levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L) is required.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (H-1B visa sponsorship is not offered).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy is essential.

• Prior experience with telehealth occupational therapy is necessary (references are required).

• Must be tech-savvy with a dependable internet connection and a HIPAA-compliant workspace.

• Excellent communication, caregiver coaching, and documentation abilities are required.

• Availability during after-school hours (PST) is mandatory.
