Licensed Mental Health Therapist – LCSW, LPC, LMFT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop a positive and trusting relationship with patients.

• Identify and address mental health issues through diagnosis and treatment.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs and situations of each patient.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to offer counseling and treatment, modifying plans as required.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress.

• Engage and consult with family members when appropriate.

• Organize outreach and referral initiatives within local communities.

• Work collaboratively as a member of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Level Degree or higher (Required) in relevant fields.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license according to office location.

• Applications without a valid and active license will not be considered.

• Not hiring associate/intern level therapists.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services.

• At least 12 months of experience in a clinical environment post full licensure.

• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout the duration of employment.

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capability to guide, direct, or influence others.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to establish and nurture effective working relationships with clients and their families.

• Proven proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

• Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

• Adaptability to new technologies and adeptness at troubleshooting common issues.

• Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
