Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient environments utilizing empirically validated treatment methods.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in clinical supervision, consultation meetings, and team discussions.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and established models of care.

• Effectively respond to clinical crises and adhere to defined risk-management protocols.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care for individuals involved in outpatient programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Active independent clinical licensure in California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Over 2 years of post-licensure experience.

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or settings such as hospitals or medical centers is highly preferred.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Competence in telehealth platforms and remote clinical service delivery.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Experience in managing acute psychiatric cases, including crisis intervention and safety planning, is desirable.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a cooperative team environment is preferred.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or meet requirements for potential sponsorship.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 (full-time).
