Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services to patients in outpatient settings, employing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in full adherence to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Actively engage in scheduled clinical supervision, consultation sessions, and team meetings.

• Follow structured therapy protocols and programmatic care models to maintain clinical consistency and excellence.

• Effectively respond to clinical crises while diligently observing established risk-management procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work.

• Current independent clinical licensure in the state of California (LCSW or LMFT).

• Previous clinical experience in Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), hospital, or medical center settings is highly desirable.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

• Skilled in utilizing telehealth platforms and conducting remote clinical work.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Experience in managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning is preferred.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience.

• Sponsorship for employment authorization may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
