Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients via a secure telehealth platform.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments.

• Create and maintain personalized treatment plans.

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.

• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist.

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams when additional support is required.

• Serve clients across California.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing.

• California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or the willingness and ability to pursue California licensure.

• Out-of-state independently licensed therapists are encouraged to apply.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with adults.

• Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth.

• Proficient in using electronic health records, computers, and video-conferencing technology.

• Strong clinical judgment coupled with excellent communication skills.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to care.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Previous telehealth experience is beneficial, but not required.
