Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions to adult clients using a secure telehealth platform.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments.

• Create and uphold personalized treatment plans.

• Establish strong therapeutic connections with clients.

• Offer compassionate, evidence-driven, patient-focused care.

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation.

• Engage in monthly clinical case reviews alongside the Lead Psychologist.

• Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams for additional support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing.

• California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC preferred, or the willingness and capability to pursue California licensure.

• Therapists with independent licenses from other states are encouraged to apply.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with adult populations.

• Comfortable providing psychotherapy via telehealth platforms.

• Proficient in using electronic health records, computers, and video-conferencing technologies.

• Possess strong clinical judgment and communication abilities.

• Exhibit a compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Previous experience in telehealth is beneficial, but not essential.
