Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual psychotherapy to adult clients via a secure telehealth platform

• Perform thorough clinical assessments

• Create and uphold personalized treatment plans

• Establish strong therapeutic connections with clients

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

• Engage in monthly clinical case reviews alongside the Lead Psychologist

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams for additional support as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing

• California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or a willingness and capability to pursue California licensure

• Out-of-state independently licensed therapists are encouraged to apply

• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience with adult clients

• Proficient in providing psychotherapy through telehealth platforms

• Familiarity with electronic health records, computers, and video-conferencing technology

• Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills

• Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to care

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not mandatory

• Previous experience in telehealth is advantageous, but not essential
