Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual psychotherapy to adult clients via a secure telehealth platform

• Perform thorough clinical assessments

• Create and uphold personalized treatment plans

• Establish strong therapeutic connections with clients

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care

• Ensure timely and precise clinical documentation

• Engage in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist

• Work collaboratively with clinical and operations teams for additional support when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing

• California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or a willingness and ability to pursue California licensure

• Out-of-state independently licensed therapists are encouraged to apply

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience with adults

• Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth

• Proficient in using electronic health records, computers, and video-conferencing technology

• Strong clinical judgment and communication abilities

• Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to care

• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are advantageous, but not mandatory

• Previous experience in telehealth is beneficial, but not required
