Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.

• Provide virtual mental health and substance use treatment.

• Improve programming and ensure high-quality care.

• Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians.

• Conduct group services with a maximum of 8 clients per session.

• Foster strong client relationships and conduct in-depth work to facilitate sustainable healing.

• Collaborate with Admissions & Assessment, operational, HR, and IT departments.

• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule and manage a steady caseload.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an independent license in Wisconsin.

• Accepted licenses include: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.

• A Master’s degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Only independently licensed mental health clinicians will be considered.

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is necessary.

• Familiarity with integrating various modalities, such as DBT and CBT; EMDR experience is advantageous.

• Certification in Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a plus.

• Proficiency in providing group services is essential.

• Availability for 12–40 hours per week based on part-time or full-time W-2 status.

• Evening availability is required for full-time roles.

• Proficient with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes software.

• Capability to provide care to adolescents and young adults.

• Willingness to undergo state background checks for client clearance.
