Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conduct 15–22 telehealth sessions each week

• Provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky

• Perform comprehensive behavioral health evaluations

• Create personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Assist families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

• Manage a schedule using provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)

• Experience with children, adolescents, and families, or a strong enthusiasm for serving this demographic

• Capability to work independently in a virtual setting

• Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care

• Bilingual clinicians fluent in English and Spanish are highly encouraged to apply

• Availability mainly on weekday afternoons and evenings, from 2:00–9:00 PM EST; weekend availability is also welcomed

• Ability to conduct 15–22 telehealth sessions each week
