Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Interact with prospective insurance clients through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, and other channels in a remote call center setting.

• Utilize your insurance knowledge to identify customer needs, detect coverage gaps, and propose customized solutions from Allstate's offerings and those of its affiliated companies.

• Convert interested leads into clients using an established consultative sales approach — no cold calling necessary.

• Propel sales growth while providing a superior, customer-centric experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on sales.

• An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred).

• If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with support from Allstate.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection with a wired (Ethernet) setup.

• A dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Open to feedback and performance coaching.

• Strong skills in communication, critical thinking, and multitasking.

• Competitive, highly motivated, and enjoys receiving recognition for achievements.
