Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – LICSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential clinical supervision mandated by the board to associate-level clinicians pursuing full licensure.

• Assist associates in providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

• Oversee practices based on professional judgment and the requirements set by the Massachusetts board.

• Mentor the upcoming generation of clinicians as they navigate the licensure process.

• Aid in documentation and compliance efforts in accordance with Medicaid guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with associates as they enhance their clinical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid LICSW license in good standing in Massachusetts, with board authorization to offer clinical supervision.

• Master’s degree in Social Work.

• Demonstrated success in guiding associates to achieve full licensure.

• Personal malpractice insurance ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).

• Knowledge of clinical documentation and treatment planning within Medicaid guidelines.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and various digital tools.

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, personal computer, and dependable internet for confidential virtual sessions.

• Fluent in English.

• Spanish language skills preferred; additional languages are a plus.

• Extensive clinical experience and strong diagnostic judgment.

• A collaborative mindset when working with associates.

• Ability to provide constructive developmental feedback.

• Comfort in assisting associates with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
