This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with current Medicare members, emphasizing retention, education, and problem resolution.
• Assist members in navigating their coverage options and the subsequent steps without applying pressure tactics.
• Achieve performance benchmarks related to call quality, member interaction, retention metrics, and adherence to schedule.
• Maintain up-to-date communication with your supervisor and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.
• Complete training from Monday to Friday.
• Transition to a designated production schedule when AEP commences, which includes working at least one weekend day each week.
• Engage seasonally during AEP/OEP, with the possibility of extended opportunities based on client requirements.
• Possession of an active Health or Health & Life license.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Medicare.
• Proficient in utilizing multiple software systems.
• Excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP.
• Home office setup that fulfills remote work criteria.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Basic computer proficiency and technology knowledge.
• Preferred experience in telesales or contact center environments.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention initiatives, or loyalty-based outreach is preferred.
• Seasonal incentive opportunity ranging from $500 to $1,000 based on quality, retention, and member engagement.
