This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both inbound and outbound communications with potential DSNP Medicare members, emphasizing sales, education, and enrollment.

• Assist individuals in navigating their Dual Special Needs Plan options while clarifying Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility.

• Provide support to prospects throughout the enrollment process with precision, clarity, and a high standard of care.

• Achieve performance targets related to sales objectives, call quality, conversion rates, and schedule compliance.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with your supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

• Adhere to the assigned production schedule, including working at least one weekend day per week during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

• Operate in a seasonal position extending through the AEP/Open Enrollment Period (OEP).

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life insurance license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Comfortable navigating various software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during the AEP.

• Home office setup that complies with remote work standards.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.

• Preferred experience in telesales or contact centers.

• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP is preferred.
