This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with potential DSNP Medicare members, concentrating on sales, education, and enrollment.

• Assist individuals in navigating Dual Special Needs Plan options while clarifying Medicare and Medicaid benefits and eligibility criteria.

• Provide support to prospects throughout the enrollment process with precision, transparency, and compassion.

• Achieve performance standards related to sales objectives, call quality, conversion rates, and adherence to schedules.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with supervisors and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions during the season.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Proficient in working with various software systems.

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.

• Available to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).

• Home office setup that complies with remote work standards.

• Willingness to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer skills and technological proficiency.

• Preferred experience in telesales or contact center environments.

• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP is a plus.
