This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with current Medicare members, emphasizing retention, education, and problem-solving.

• Assist members in navigating their coverage options and subsequent steps without employing high-pressure sales tactics.

• Achieve performance targets related to call quality, member interaction, retention rates, and adherence to schedule.

• Maintain up-to-date communication with your supervisor and team members.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions throughout the season.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Health or Health & Life license.

• At least 1 year of experience in Medicare.

• Proficient in using multiple software systems.

• A home office setup that complies with remote work standards.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check.

• Basic computer skills and technological proficiency.
