Licensed Dentist – Clinical Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Perform detailed evaluations of dental and medical records, treatment documentation, diagnostic data, and clinical files.

• Create clear and succinct clinical summaries.

• Address specific client inquiries concerning dental care.

• Offer impartial, evidence-based medical advisory opinions.

• Conduct advisory medical record assessments exclusively, without engaging in peer-to-peer discussions, calls, or direct patient interactions.

• Contribute to high-quality, objective, and defensible medical conclusions.

⛳️ Requirements

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental institution.

• Board Certification, if relevant to the practice area.

• A current, active, and unrestricted dental license in Hawaii — candidates without a Hawaii license will not be considered.

• A minimum of 5+ years of clinical dental experience.

• Availability to participate in all mandatory orientation and training sessions.

• Maintain necessary credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required for the role.

• Strong clinical judgement with the ability to articulate findings clearly and objectively in writing.

• Experience in reviewing dental medical records and clinical documentation.

• Capacity to deliver concise, well-supported, evidence-based clinical evaluations.
